Expert Review FAQ
What is Expert Review?
Expert Review is an independent expert's verdict on your evidence, rule by rule. It comes back into PulseCheck next to the automated result.
Who are the experts?
For the EU AI Act and GDPR, a licensed lawyer. For DORA Metrics, a senior engineering lead. DORA Metrics reviews are engineering reviews, not legal reviews, and the page says so wherever a verdict appears.
What does the expert see, and what happens to personal data?
The package lists pull requests and tickets by ID, not title, and names no people. Personal data is masked before any AI call. A name that appears only in free text is not detected, so check documents before you upload them.
Does Expert Review change our compliance score?
No. The automated result and the expert's verdict are stored separately and shown side by side, each with its date. A verdict never overwrites the automated result, and PulseCheck itself does not give legal advice.
How do we request one, and what does it cost?
Use the button on this page, or the Expert Review card on an AI system's page in PulseCheck. We confirm scope and the expert by e-mail. Pricing is provided on request; write to we@usepulsecheck.com or book a demo.
